Job Description

Kind Consultancy is working with a large, successful Financial Services organisation who are currently looking for multiple Contact Centre Advisors to join their team in Gosforth.
Your role will be to use excellent communication skills to provide advice in line with credit lending policies ahead of the submission of new mortgage applications.
So what would I be doing?
* You'll be providing brilliant customer service via phone and webchat to make sure customers have a smooth and first class experience. You'll enjoy working as part of an excellent team to achieve targets and get great results.
* You'll enjoy really getting to know your customers and answering questions in order to provide the Heartfelt Service our client are always raving about.
* You'll be a brand ambassador. Our client love going the extra mile for our customers, delightfully surprising them, and enjoy the pride that it brings to make people happier about money.
A little bit about you…
* Good communication skills with experience gained ideally within a contact centre environment.
* You are passionate about putting the customer first and being able to tailor your communication style.
* It would be beneficial for you to have a good knowledge of mortgages.
