A career development opportunity for a Service Desk engineer to join a growing MSP in Central London. As a 2nd Line Engineer you'll join a team of around 15 colleagues in a team focussed on a specific group of customers. The 2nd Line Engineer role resolves and troubleshoots problems that have been escalated by the 1st line engineers.
You'll gain exposure to a range of technologies, including project-based work such as virtualisation and cloud migrations. There's great career progression opportunities such as to third line engineer / senior technical consultant role or into management as a service desk manager or service desk team leader.

- 1st or 2nd line service desk / desktop support experience
- Fully proficient with Windows 10, Active Directory and Office 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills
