As Sustainability Product manager - Technology , you are responsible for the delivery of Tech Products to support realisation of sustainability ambitions for the business, experimenting and proving results and scaling it up globally and maintaining product life cycle

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following
  • Partner with the Core Sustainability teams, Technology teams and the business in strategising and planning on Sustainability product roadmaps (that also include) new and in progress experiments, and live products. Understand overall Tech Sustainability glidepath and priorities-where to play-how to win, planning out based on these priorities strategic values, business demand, resources capacity, funding etc. when creating the products roll out and optimisation road map.
  • Establish and lead Tech Sustainability Product Management framework for Sustainability: Co-design the Product management tactical & strategic approach together with the tech team establish the team's foundation and how it will operate (short, medium, and long term), and lead/co-lead the transition from Experiment (MVP) to being a Product ready for scale, and continue to optimise and run the Product. Work with the Delivery Manager and Technical Product Manager to develop and prioritise / refine the development backlog. Attend agile ceremonies with the product team, including daily stand-ups, show and tells, retrospectives
  • Establish the end to end Service Management/Operations for Sustainability Products: collaborating with GSK Core Tech and Vendors that will play a key role in the whole Service Operations.
  • Find opportunities on new Tech Sustainability initiatives (i.e. Experiments, External learnings etc.), based on BUs demand or findings based on external insights (Bringing the outside in) to continue growing the Product
  • Manage Tech Sustainability Products Budget/Funding management, and how Operations cost can continue to be improved.
  • Prepare and lead the required Quarterly / Monthly Business Review sessions (QBR/ MBR) when needed regarding Product growth/innovation
  • Assess the actual value delivered to the business vs expected to inform prioritisation of future deliveries / backlog planning
  • Ideate and Explore new digitisation for sustainability opportunity for existing Product: Defining the problems to solve, external/competitor landscape assessment, come up with the customer journey, jobs to be done, pain, gain, and to identify potential solution(s) to solve the problem.
  • Lead the end-to-end experiments/Proof of Concept with the Global Sustainability core team and other relevant multi-functional teams, including external experts, depending on experiment
  • Together with business users, evaluate and assess the quick results vs the set Success Measure - identify the experiment's outcome for the Product. Support the business stakeholders to articulate the current state challenges and / or opportunities to be able to demonstrate the value of the proposed product. This includes working in partnership with the business to develop user research - User Personas, User Journeys - Leading and Lagging Metrics, and calculating the Cost of Delay (where applicable)
  • To ensure that the new features, functionality, processes - will be well supported in the existing Service Model

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Degree in Technology, Sustainability or equivalent qualifications
  • Product Management experience, in particular experienced working within agile teams, and demonstrate strong business analysis skills
  • Strong experience in implementing end to end technology products and life cycle experience
  • Strong relationship management, verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Excel with additional experience with a data platform, e.g. Microsoft Azure, PowerBI
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Supply chain domain knowledge/expertise
