The Role of Supply Chain Manager, you will be overseeing the purchasing function by maximising spend efficiencies, ensuring regular scheduling for tendering of high value and large area spends. Overseeing Warehouse Stock Management with Production Managers by coordinating demand between both manufacturing centres (Sheerness & Telford). Managing stock levels and applying best practice for day-to-day production stock control.
To be successful in this role of Supply Chain Manager, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Have a thorough understanding of automated and manual manufacturing and purchasing systems.
- Competent to schedule requirements using MRP for repeat requirements.
- Able to coordinate and manage a supply chain team of administrators. Experience of managing a team previously.
