Stage 1: Quick introduction call
This will be a 20-30 minute chat with one of our internal recruiters at Zapp. Questions will aim to get a sense of you beyond what is presented on paper, and to run through some housekeeping criteria e.g. right to work, start date etc. It is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about Zapp.
Stage 2: Hiring manager interview
Here you will be able to speak to your hiring manager who will be part of your team at Zapp. This interview will be more role-specific in order to determine if your previous experience and skills match the job specifications and where we do a deep dive into our Leadership Principles
Stage 3: Depending on the role a Case Study&Bar Raiser interview
We believe that a case study is a great way to give candidates a chance to display their talents more thoroughly and via a different medium. We will usually give you a case study which you can complete in your own time (we don't want this to feel like an exam) and present to us what you can really do!
We occasionally ask candidates, especially in more senior positions, to complete a Bar Raiser interview - this consists of a specifically-trained individual from a different team interviewing you to ensure we raise the bar of the team with every new hire.
Stage 4: Leadership interview
For most roles, you will be asked to have an interview with a member of our Leadership team. It is important to us that our co-founders or leaders meet the individuals who will be helping to shape and champion our mission.
Step 5: The offer! (this is our favorite stage)
Once the team has decided that you would be an amazing fit for the role, we will waste no time in sending you an offer. Congratulations are in order!
