Permanent, Part Time (21.5 hours per week)
Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Service Assistant to join us at The Barn in Exeter. This is a part time role for 21.5 hours per week.
Keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of your mind, you will provide a responsive reception service and be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants. Based at the front desk, you will deal with customer enquiries by social networks, email, telephone and in person and undertake viewings, giving appropriate advice to potential tenants when required. The Customer Service Assistant will also receive and process payments, monitor and chase rent arrears and undertake inspections of the student flats and rooms, assessing condition for any re-charges.
We're looking for a creative individual who enjoys working in a customer focused environment. With good administration skills and a meticulous eye for detail, you will enjoy running social events, be competent using social media and have experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
