Our talented restaurant team is looking for a charismatic Senior Waiter/Waitress with previous experience in a quality restaurant ideally with some knowledge of wines and spirits.
Smart and well presented, you'll be passionate about delivering an amazing dining experience to our guests and helping to make every stay a really memorable one. Along with the rest of our team you'll deliver impeccable food and beverage service, with the confidence to engage with our guests and a personality that makes them feel special. The right person for us is professional and stylish, courteous but with a sense of humour, and someone who inspires others.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
A wealth of experience working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant

Good communication skills and impeccable attention to detail
A high level of customer service
Be versatile and work well within your team and willing to help others
A positive attitude
Professional, charming, polite, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy
Worked in a similar role in the past, where you gained a good level of experience whilst providing first class service to guests
Supervise junior team members and provide them with on-the-job training
Deal with customer feedback in a professional manner
A good knowledge of wine, food and cocktails
Have basic knowledge of bar service and wine
