Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a genuine interest in the role marketing plays in business. This role has two distinct areas of focus:

  • Marketing: supporting the New Business & Marketing Manager to create best-in-class marketing communications, both internal and external facing.
  • New Business: supporting the New Business & Marketing Manager by reporting all new business opportunities that come into the Group and assisting the agencies with Requests for Information (RFI's).


We're looking for energy, attention to detail, drive and talent. Given the scope of the role and the fast-paced nature of our business, we are looking for someone who is pro-active with an excellent ability to prioritise and juggle a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

Marketing
  • Supporting the New Business & Marketing Manager with:
  • Writing social media posts (LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Updating content management platforms such as our internal OMG Share platform and the company website
  • Submitting and keeping track of design requests for social posts, mailers, etc.
  • Preparing internal comms (weekly news roundup, internal mailers, Central Team comms on Teams, etc.) as well as proofreading mailers and calendar invitations
  • Keeping track of awards submissions, shortlisted entries and wins across the Group
  • Updating our monthly PR report
  • Updating our events and comms calendar weekly (internal events, awards, conferences, etc.)
  • Managing guest lists for in-person events and online sessions
  • General team admin:
  • Raising PO's and keeping track of payments
  • Helping with the organisation of Group subscriptions (publications, platforms etc.)
  • Assisting on ad-hoc requests coming from the agencies and specialist services e.g. case study creation, creds, connecting people etc.

New Business
  • Supporting the New Business & Marketing Manager with:
  • Running conflict checks and sizing new business opportunities using media monitoring tools (trainings will be provided)
  • Collating internal information to answer RFI's
  • New business reporting to UK, EMEA and Global teams (Pitch Status Report)
  • Updating our internal records and client lists
