Take the chance and join our PSS Supply and Production Management team here in beautiful Villach!In your new job you will:Manage and further develop an international team consisting of around 15 Production Managers (PRMs) and Product Engineers (PREs) at 5 sites around the globe, including training and skill-set development as well as the assignment and controlling of ramp up and transfer projectsBe responsible for the overall production strategy of DCDC products (discrete MOSFETs, integrated power stages and ICs) and ensure with your team the execution accordingly in alignment with OperationsIdentify and implement productivity improvement solutions in order to reduce costs and optimize products across the full manufacturing chain to ensure lowest capital spendingSupport your team in taking charge of the yield stabilization and optimization during ramp up and production as well as the yield monitoringAssure delivery capability and reliability during ramp up together with your teamEnsure that your team is providing input for process improvements towards Production Management and Product Engineering in alignment with other PSS Production Management heads as well as their interfacesInitiate, drive and monitor all needed activities (transfers, changes) to ensure flexibility, ramp up capability and lowest production costs for these productsSynchronize the proposed changes in Frontend, Wafer Test and Backend in alignment with the Business/Product Line in order to minimize the internal effort (transfers, qualifications) as well as the impact on customers (Product Change Notifications)You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks with colleagues and clients.
