The organization is building something special, a performance-driven, people-first culture. As part of this journey, we're seeking a transformational Sr HR Director to lead the global people agenda, drive organizational effectiveness, and strengthen the bench for the future.
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, the HR leader will own the full people strategy across a highly tenured HR function, with the mandate to modernize and elevate the function to support a dynamic, high-performance business.
You'll lead all core areas of HR, including:
- Talent Development & Learning - Build and scale a learning culture to better support frontline, safety, and operations. Training is a top organizational need, and we've begun the work - you'll take it to the next level.
- Total Rewards - Overhaul Legacy compensation structures and bring a modern, market-aligned philosophy to life.
- HR Operations & People Analytics - Leverage data to enhance workforce planning, talent insights, and decision-making.
- Organizational Design & Change Leadership - Support the business through transformation, building capability, clarity, and alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all talent-related matters.
- Lead and develop a global HR team, ensuring functional excellence across HRBP, talent, rewards, L&D, employee relations, and operations.
- Build a learning and development strategy that supports frontline capability, leadership growth, and compliance/safety excellence.
- Lead a full modernization of total rewards, compensation banding, and benefits structures to ensure global competitiveness and internal equity.
- Drive talent planning and succession strategies to ensure pipeline readiness at all levels.
- Partner closely with operations and union leaders to foster productive labor relations and support workforce stability.
- Advance the HR tech stack, tools, and data capabilities to improve insight, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Champion employee well-being initiatives globally.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a top HR role in a global organization.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sectors.
- Deep expertise in talent development, total rewards, org design, labor relations, and HR tech.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning people strategy to business outcomes.
- Experience leading HR through transformation, including org design, restructuring, or M&A integration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed (~25%).
