Summary

The Sr. Data Analyst - Manufacturing Operations will partner closely with functional area leads within operations and other cross functional teams to provide data driven analysis focused on improving identification of root-causes for issues and the development of problem-solving opportunities. Individual should be comfortable querying data, establishing data pipelines, executing statistical and quantitative analyses, as well as, development of predictive models and decision support tools. Strong emphasis will be placed on the ability to grow deep knowledge of the functional area.

  • Possesses a strong understanding and is proficient in the application of statistical concepts and methods -including, but not limited to, correlation, regression, forecasting, optimization, and statistical testing techniques.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment in a data analytics capacity
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, data analysis, finance, or supply-chain focus
  • Availability to travel to plants as needed; minimal travel but flexiblity needed

Education

  • Bachelors in Supply Chain or Business
  • Bachelors or equivalent
