As the Barclays Regional Program Manager, you will confidently interact with region, district and store level management to insure the success of our retail credit card partnerships. - Manage field execution of our retail cobrand credit card program, driving credit card account acquisitions and usage in partner stores across the territory
- Develop productive relationships with partner field management within territory as a trusted SME on credit card products and program, drive program performance
- Exercise strong oral and written communication skills and provide clear insights, effective coaching and actionable feedback to partner and internal contacts
- Actively utilize Salesforce contact management, tracking, reporting and analytics to effectively inform and influence partner activity and achieve territory goals
- Drive awareness and participation in program related training and incentive programs, using performance data to inform communication, strategies and tactics
- Demonstrate effective and compliant engagement practices and techniques, working with leadership to address any gaps and escalate urgent issues in a timely fashion
- Make recommendations to improve program marketing, merchandising, promotions, training, analytics in a continuous effort to deliver on territory goals and program objectives
- Travel to region, district and store level meetings and events with frequency to maintain trust, rapport and recognized contribution as a highly valued partner


- 3+ years general relationship/business development/marketing/sales experience required
- Demonstrated success in influencing external partners as well as internal colleagues
- Retail industry experience with general understanding of credit products
- Ability to travel extensively and independently throughout territory; driving and flying


- Retail store/district/region management experience
- College Degree preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
- Proven ability to be a self-starter and manage a variety of time-sensitive tasks and projects with limited in-person interaction from colleagues
- Authentic and enthusiastic personality; highly professional with good planning and organizational skills
