Main Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management - Build and grow market share within the existing customer base by meeting their requirements and delivering exceptional service.
New Business Development - Identify and target key accounts to increase market share, aligned with the company s strategic objectives.
Collaboration with External Sales - Work closely with external sales teams to provide specialist support for both new and existing business opportunities.
Engineering Support: Provide ongoing technical support and act as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations.

Candidate Profile: - Well-presented, professional individual.
- Qualified Engineer (preferably in Electronics).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar).
- Strong background in assembly, including Bills of Materials (BoM), testing, rework, and soldering.
- Extensive knowledge of electronic components, PCB assembly, and kitting.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to business development and generating new opportunities.
