Morgan McKinley is looking for a part time Office Manager to join a successful team in an office based in the Hassocks area. The role is fully office based, so lots of socialising with your colleagues!
Job Title - Office Manager
Length - Permanent / Part time OFFICE BASED
Hours: 25hrs spread across 3-4days - flexible hours
Salary - £28k
Location - Hassocks area
DESCRIPTION:
Office Manager duties:
- Manage general admin tasks
- Oversee social media updates
- Maintain clients records
- Manage employee holiday programs and personnel files
- Update admin procedures and oversee purchasing
- Handle supplier invoices and reconcile statements
The ideal Office Manager will have/ be:
- Previous administrative experience as office manager or in a similar position
- Disciplined
- Great written and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
- Great communication skills
