Achieve Professionals is working with a reputable North East law firm in their requirement for an Office Services Assistant to join their busy firm.
Position: Office Services Assistant
Location: Newcastle
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing refreshments for clients
- Greeting clients
- Reception cover
- Assisting with post, photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
- General administration
- Assisting with office moves including relocation of office furniture and also helping to set up functions, seminars and employee events
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office
Experience:
- Excellent administrative skills essential
- Front of house experience in a professional services environment or hotel desirable.
Skills & Attributes:
- You must be self motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic
- Willing to work hard in a team environment
- Possess good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as general IT skills.
- Willing to cover a variety of tasks and work outside core hours on occasion.
