This is a professional role requiring direct responsibility for customers’ drinking experience.
Main Responsibilities
Drinks/cocktail knowledge and advice including provenance and dietary requirements, to be in the know about all our food and beverage products
Creating unique and memorable cocktails for customers and assist in the development of exciting new cocktail list
Suggesting/upselling relevant accompaniments
Maintaining the bar including immaculate presentation
Keeping our bars amazing standards of cleanliness and managing stock
Liaising with managers and waiting staff
Training is provided for all new team members to ensure guests receive the best experience
Vibrant personalities with great communication skills
Passion for all drinks and excited by mixology culture
Professionals with exceptional customer service and attention to detail, to achieve excellent customer engagement and satisfaction
Energetic team players with positive ‘can do’ attitude with great teamwork skills
Previous relevant experience is essential
