The ideal candidate will be a licensed physician who will split their time between team development and some patient care. The Regional Medical Director is responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing quality medical care to our Treatment Center patients throughout NYC area.

Compensation: $275,000- $300,000 plus bonuses and full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Duties: Provide high-quality patient care 1-2 days a week (as needs arise)
  • Team Development: Spend 3-4 days a week visiting sites to mentor and develop clinical staff.
  • Leadership: Oversee medical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with administrative and interdisciplinary team to improve patient care and clinic operations.
  • Training: Develop and implement training programs for medical staff to enhance clinical skills and patient care.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Manage Care : Understand and Implement utilization management tactics
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
  • Valid New York medical license, DEA, Medicare Provider ID, and Medicaid Provider ID.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to mentoring and developing medical staff.
