We are looking for an energetic, passionate professional with strong skills in marketing go-to-market execution, communication, and project management. This position will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer value and growth among key enterprise accounts in the Netherlands, Israel, Spain and MENA (Middle East, North Africa).

Support the development of local market marketing strategies and go-to-market plans; collaborating with key partners in our marketing team and sales teams to identify key areas of focus while leveraging the right mix of initiatives to achieve maximum impact
Drive demand for and adoption of Marketing Solutions - launch integrated channel initiatives that increase the understanding and adoption of the full LMS product suite within our priority enterprise customers in specific markets
Manage the execution of local market event strategies - outline an event plan that enables us to engage key customers either 1-2-1 or at scale. This will require remote project management of local event/marketing agencies and sales partners to run two types of events in market: the first being a smaller number of high impact events managed by this marketer, the second being a higher volume of less complex events run by sales teams, who will need to be enabled to create impactful, consistently on-brand engagements by themselves
Partner closely with global and EMEA marketing colleagues to extend and tailor our regional ABM, case study, and executive engagement programs for local accounts
Some travel will be required
Previous Marketing experience
Hands on experience in running customer events (virtual and physical) and multi-channel targeted campaigns (including digital marketing and digital, content, web marketing, PR and media) to grow and upsell within accounts
Excellent project management skills and able to influence partners in a fast-moving yet matrixed / cross-functional organisation, aka "a people person" with the skill to build and maintain relationships to achieve shared goals and drive measurable results
Experience working with stakeholders and managing suppliers in multiple markets (ideally across Netherlands, Israel, Spain or MENA markets) with ability to tailor and/or localise regional marketing GTMs to local customer and market needs
Excellent grasp of B2B marketing and digital marketing
Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
Desire to grow as both a strategic marketer and orchestrate tactical components of integrated marketing campaigns and events
Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively.
Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives (product, marketing, sales, insights, agencies etc.)
Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex work streams while consistently delivering results
Budget and vendor management experience
Proven track record of analysing and optimising campaign performance and generating insights to increase customer acquisition and retention
