Job Description

1st line support IT Service Desk Analyst required to work for a leading speciality insurer based in London. You will be supporting a growing IT function and providing great IT support to business users.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years experience in a Service Desk Analyst role that is looking to move into a Financial Services company in London. There will be an opportunity to undertake professional training and qualifications to support your growth within the role.

Skills required:

- CompTIA A+ qualification or similar

- Solid understanding of Microsoft software and systems

- Good understanding of support platforms (experience on Active Directory, ZenDesk, O365, Mimecast and Snipe-IT)

- Experience of ITSM toolsets

- Great oral and written communication, including the ability to work with and support non-IT business users through issues
