Internal Communications Business Partner

A leading global property consultancy are looking for an accomplished Internal Communications Manager to work across a variety of UK and EU focused internal campaigns and projects. With a large amount of responsibility from the outset - we are looking for a confident and results driven Comms and People Manager with a confident creative approach and a "hearts and minds" mentality.
*Develop an exciting vision to elevate and transform the future of internal communications and employee engagement across the business.
*Act as trusted advisor to Head of UK and Strategy team.
*Develop an internal comms programme of activity.
*Lead the Internal Communications strategic plan that ensures these ambitious plans are embedded into the business.
*Ensure Internal Communications contributes to increased communication capabilities, higher levels of people engagement, defined communication flows that support business strategies/goals and increased networking and collaboration between functions, units and individuals.
*Lead business strategy communication aimed at both leaders and staff, including supporting, coaching and guiding senior leaders in the business to deliver communication that informs, involves and engages our people on business plans and goals.
*Create a feedback loop to encourage and enable employees to participate in organisational decision making, by giving them the opportunity to be heard.
*Consult, develop and deliver content for key internal events throughout the year.
*Work closely and, where appropriate, manage external agencies to support campaigns and initiatives across the business.
*Line manage a Senior Internal Communications Executive.
*Review the effectiveness of campaigns, actively looking for innovative ways to improve how we deliver communications to our teams.
*Over five years' experience working as an Internal Communications professional.
*Proven success developing and executing strategic employee communications across a variety of channels.
*Experience of supporting comms in a business function.
*Experience of working alongside the Leadership team as a trusted advisor and mentor.
*Proven experience of creating a channel strategy with associated metrics.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High proficiency to write and tailor content for specific audiences that has the power to inform, influence and inspire, demonstrating a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs.
*Strong leadership and project management skills.
*Exceptional networking skills, building positive relationships with partners across the business.
*Good level of proficiency in; Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Share Point and digital channels.
