The successful Candidate Manager will be a people person who has experience of providing a full 360 candidate process from advertising through to selection and compliance processes with positive candidate engagement being at the core.
Duties & Responsibilities for the Candidate Manager include:
- Design and implement recruitment attraction processes to attract suitable candidates
- Sourcing candidates and maintaining an accurate database
- Screening candidates time effectively
- Working closely with Management to esnure a smooth process from recruitment to induction
- Offering guidance and support to the wider business with recruitment needs and expectations
- Reviewing job adverts and monitoring responses
- Keeping on top of email communications
- Attending networking and recruitment events
- Working with the marketing team to utilise social media and monitoring outputs
