Reed Human Resources have been engaged to recruit an Interim HR Advisor for a period of 4 months or up till March 2022.
This role is remote, however the client has asked for visibility for odd days in the office
Location - City of London
Reporting to the Head of HR, your role will provide a focused, professional HR service, offfering appropriate and pragmatic business focused solutions to enable effective application of HR change processes, Redundancies, TUPE transfers, restructures and employee consultation processes. Remaining abreast of HR best practices and employment law changes is essential.
Support line managers and/or Managing Directors with change management processes relating to redundancies, consultations on terms and conditions, restructuring, TUPE and other consultation programmes.
Provide guidance and professional up to date advice to managers and employees at all levels, ensuring the latest employment law advice/policy is being applied
Support line management through the application of the change process for employees including consultation meetings, timelines, agendas, communications, documentation, engagement, redundancy calculations and appropriate selection, where applicable.
Support and advise managers and employees on investigation, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, occupational health, absence and performance management processes.
Ensuring that the relevant colleagues are kept informed and appropriate documentation has been completed and act as the HR representative in formal and informal HR meetings.
Work with line management and review consultation documents including business rationale for employee change programmes Mitigating any risk to te company as appropriate where identified through the process
Managing employee relation cases end-to-end, including own administration and note-taking, with minutes produced in a effective, accurate and timely manner
