Housing Management Support Worker

Location: Exeter
Hours: 37.5 Mon-Fri 9-5
Salary: £24,500 per year
Contract type: Perm

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in housing management or related field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of tenancy issues and housing regulations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with tenants, external partners, and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive housing environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for advocating on behalf of tenants and resolving complex housing matters.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful housing initiatives, showcasing your creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity within housing services, ensuring fair and accessible support for all tenants.
