Robert Walters is working in partnership with a FTSE 100 global financial services business who are also listed on the London Stock Exchange. They operate across several verticals across financial services and insurance and employee over 10,000 people globally.
Due to continued investment across Cyber Security and Technology, they are keen to appoint a Group Cyber Resilience Lead, paying a salary range up to £85,000 plus package. This opportunity is fully remote home-based.
As an experienced Group Cyber Resilience Lead, you will hold responsibility for a cyber focused oversight of all group global operations. You will support and develop group technology and cyber security risk management strategy. In addition, you will manage exposure to technology and cyber security threats.
Group Cyber Resilience Lead: Duties
Build relationships with technology/cyber teams to ensure correct responses to incidents
Deliver Cyber Insurance strategy, Crisis Management and Threat Modelling
Oversight of technology/cyber security that aids operational resilience across group
Drive cyber crisis management workstreams - to help recover from potential threats
Work with group stakeholders to improve incident management practises
Promote cyber resilience as part of the wider Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Present to the board on reports/recommendations on cyber resilience agendas
Advise on new products and areas of business expansion
Deep knowledge of technology/cyber security
