Our Global Campaigns Manager is a key role in our global internal engagement team, critical to exciting and motivating people in support of GSK's purpose, ambitions, strategy and culture. This person will support our Head of Internal Comms, Global Campaigns to manage creative and engaging campaigns and content that inspires people to deliver our company goals.
Collaborating with IE colleagues across the company, the successful candidate will be skilled at internal communications project and programme management, listening and building connections, and strategic delivery and execution employee engagement campaigns. They will be data-driven, collaborative, creative and highly adept at finding and telling stories in a variety of ways to achieve the most impact.
The main purpose of the role is to support Global internal campaigns strategy. As a member of the Global internal campaigns team, this communicator will develop content and manage the communications processes necessary to support our internal engagement approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships with key business partners to source leads for inspiring stories
- Manage key Innovation, Performance, Trust and Culture campaigns
- Help execute internal editorial strategy and approach, which includes creating and publishing content for a variety of online and offline channels
- Help manage external agency partners, including creative and events production agencies
- Track success of communications tactics via a variety of metrics
- Adhere to budgets and deadlines
- Role model GSK culture
- Experience in communications area is highly preferrable
- Excellent communications track-record, including experience in designing, developing, and creating new media (e.g. video, digital, storytelling/infographics) for use across a range of online and offline platforms
- Medicines/Vaccines knowledge, preferably in R&D
- Brand, culture, engagement and change management planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal skills with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Creative thinker who knows how to construct compelling stories that will resonate with a variety of internal audiences (i.e., scientists, sales, marketing, manufacturing, etc.)
- Strong logistics and organizational skills, i.e., background in designing, planning and executing large meetings for internal audiences, with attention to detail and the full audience-experience
- Experience with backend SharePoint systems
