GENERAL ASSISTANT

Job Description

As a General Assistant you will know and understand what it means to deliver outstanding hospitality and you will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guests’ expectations.

You will work across all departments in the business, ensuring guests are greeted with genuine warmth from arrival to their departure and everything in-between.

What will you need? The successful candidate for this role will be professional, attentive and dedicated to delivering a first-class experience to all guests. Previous experience within a similar role would be helpful, although not essential as we will definitely consider applicants with broad customer service experience and a great personality, as full training in all areas is provided for this role. You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach to guest service.

General Assistants should be eligible to live and work in the UK.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as part of a kind team, focused on quality and personably delivered service

Working in all front of house areas

Working in the bar and restaurant taking orders, serving customers at table

Taking credit and debit card transactions

Assisting in the housekeeping department

An eye for detail and a desire to offer a great service is required

Ability to work to deadlines is essential

A great work ethic and ability to contribute to a team, are as important as previous experience
