This is exactly the field of knowledge where we value your expertise for the development of our sensors.As a Functional Safety Manager you are responsible for planning, managing, organizing and controlling functional safety for automotive power management applications. You take the lead for all safety related activities during product development in order to achieve compliance to ISO26262.In your new job you will be responsible for the following tasks:Definition, planning and managing of all safety related activities during the project and product lifecycle, as needed for ISO 26262 compliance. This includes the planning of all confirmation measures, verification reviews and the safety case.Tailoring (e.g. for SEooC, new versus re-use, ...) of the safety related activities during product development and of the resulting work products in compliance with all ISO26262 requirements.Compilation, approval and release of the Safety Plan.Maintenance and update of the Safety Plan during the project and product lifecycleInterfacing to customers and suppliers with respect to functional safety, including creation and maintenance of Development Interface Agreements (DIA) with customer(s) and with suppliers, as applicable.Driving execution and monitoring the progress of all safety activities during the project and product lifecycle, to ensure compliance with respect to the Safety Plan and ISO26262.Ensuring that any corrective actions needed to achieve compliance to ISO26262 within the project are adequately implemented.Compilation, approval and release of the Safety Case, including the Safety Case Report and the ISO26262 compliance documentation.Participation in Methodology initiatives for continuous improvement of Functional Safety processes, methods, tools.This position is part of the Project Management Career Path. Strong negotiation and communication skills help you to successfully drive projects and to come to quick decisions.You are best equipped for this job if you have:Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalentExperience / KnowledgeAt least 5 years in ISO26262 Functional Safety related roles, or product development or project managementThorough knowledge of ISO26262 standardCertified ISO26262 TUV Automotive Functional Safety Professional (or equivalent)Project Management skillsExperience in Functional Safety related roles is a plusExperience of Automotive product development flow is a plusEffective communication in EnglishThis position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H ().
