Functional Consultant Opportunity - UK wide (up to 65k)

This is a fantastic Functional Consultant role where you have an opportunity to progress your career at one of the largest Salesforce consultancies within the Salesforce ecosystem!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Helping clients to better understand their business processes and requirements, developing Sales/ Service and other Salesforce solutions whilst serving your functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Facilitating workshops and communicating between the clients and the Salesforce consultants; translating the requirements into solutions
  • Recommendation of the features that would meet the client's needs and ability to configure Salesforce features
  • Exceeding the clients expectations and maximising investment from the Salesforce platform; solving complex business challenges

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis
  • Experience with one or more of the Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Community or Marketing
  • Experience with complex end user/ client projects that involved several hundred end users
  • Salesforce Administrator/ Service Cloud Consultant/ Sales Cloud Consultant/ Community Cloud Consultant Certifications
  • Experience of working in a larger team of Salesforce professionals
  • Experience of translating business needs into clear solutions, effective communication of complex ideas product
  • Backlog management and assistance with testing and demonstrating the product
