The role of the finance manager in this business is to manage and oversee the small team while assessing and constantly improving processes and procedures.
* Managing a small finance team
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Balance sheet and profit and loss work
* Implementing improvements to processes and procedures
* HMRC/ VAT work
* Year end accounting/ liaising with auditors
* Ideally a qualified accountant with an SME background who can be hands on where needed
* Good systems experience/ strong on Excel
