Job Description

Doctors must be licensed in one of these states MO, TN, OK, NY, TX, IL, MI, FL, GA, PA, OH, NJ, MO, AZ, AL, IN, or CT and have at least 4 years of experience in primary care/urgent care.


We are seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group, a 100% digital practice model that integrates Urgent Care and Primary Care management. In this role, you will use asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to deliver high-quality, comprehensive, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.

As a provider you will deliver exceptional care to patients managing complex and chronic health conditions using our proprietary app, advanced technology, and your clinical expertise. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, you will care for patients of all ages, addressing a range of needs including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health. Serving a diverse patient population, you will uphold a strong commitment to inclusivity in all interactions.

Our practice operates as a 24/7 medical group, delivering comprehensive primary and urgent care through both text-based and video communication. Clinicians are required to be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, ideally in 4-hour shifts (back-to-back shifts with a one-hour break are also permitted). Shifts are flexible and offered around the clock to meet the varied needs of our patients, with a commitment to work at least two 4-hour weekend shifts each month.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience post-residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary/urgent care.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Experience or interest in digital-first healthcare models (e.g., virtual medicine).
  • Comfort with technology for delivering virtual care, including our proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Active medical licensure in Missouri, Tennessee, or Oklahoma.
