About the role
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to act as Cloud Team Lead for our clients Azure Cloud platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud solutions that support our business needs and goals. You will also lead and coach a team of cloud engineers and collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do
  1. Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions using Azure Data Factory, Web & Function Apps, Databases, Virtual Machines, API Management, DevOps & Automation.
  2. Ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and performance of the cloud platform and applications.
  3. Manage the cloud infrastructure and resources, including provisioning, monitoring, backup, and recovery.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback.
  5. Work closely with business analysts, developers, testers, and other IT teams to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
  6. Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and best practices, and propose improvements and innovations.

What you will need
  1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, preferably in Azure.
  3. Strong knowledge and skills in Azure Data Factory, Web & Function Apps, Databases, Virtual Machines, API Management, DevOps & Automation.
  4. DBA knowledge is a big plus.
  5. Experience in leading and managing a team of cloud engineers.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  7. A proactive, customer-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
  8. A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
