As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be a natural leader with excellent communication skills. Your attention to detail will be second-to-none. Your passion for exceptional service will be infectious.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Previous experience in a similar role within restaurant/bar environment
Developing and training the team to a high standard
Flexible and adaptable
Strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
Ability to lead and inspire a team delivering exceptional service
To ensure customer satisfaction within the bar and restaurant
To lead by example with service and standards
Support the General Manager and Restaurant Manager to deliver business objectives
