Job Description

IN2-SaaS are working exclusively with a Global SaaS vendor whose industry leading Video platform is used by some of the world's leading Universities and Higher-Education establishments to bring interactive and live video to the learning and teaching environment.

As part of their exciting expansion plans, they are now seeking an additional Customer Success Manager to join their UK Education team.

You will be responsible for supporting and nurturing key Higher and Further Education accounts across the UK and become a pivotal member of this highly talented and customer focused team.
As a Video company, our client fully supports remote-working and this position can be based anywhere in the UK, although candidates based in the South will be able to use the Central London office when needed.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• To be an ambassador for the company and guide customers through their interactive video journey in the learning environment
• Become a trusted advisor to Higher-Education clients and guide communication across different departments including, product, sales, finance, and customer support
• Pro-actively seek-out opportunities to expand product services and capacity with existing customers
• Increase account retention and negotiate / close renewals
• Manage customer escalations through to satisfactory resolution

Main Skillset Required:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the education technology space
• Minimum of 3 years' customer success or account management experience
• Experience managing 30+ accounts.
• Demonstrable experience in customer retention and renewals in a SaaS environment.
• Previous experience managing pipeline, forecast, and executing sales process.
• Demonstrable executive-level presence and communication skills.
• A self-motivated team player who has fresh ideas and thrives on team success.
• A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
