Job Description

Our Client is a rapidly expanding Online Retailer
Role Profile
* Answers customer queries regarding products, services and sales promotions promptly via email, phone and web chat
* Responding to customer emails professionally, within 24 hours
* Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates account information on internal systems
* Chasing and closing warm sales leads with confidence
* Liaise with suppliers to achieve a positive outcome for our customers in relation to customer service issues/damages
* Liaise with delivery teams to source accurate information for customer queries regarding current order status
* Produce shipping quotes for international customers, while trying to find the most suitable, cost effective price
* Patiently and confidently deal with customer complaints
* Actively aim to get 5* reviews from our happy customers
* Sensitively communicate changes to customers' orders and find a suitable alternative where required
* Handle change of mind return requests, including dealing with the couriers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required -
* Good level of written English and phone etiquette
* Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Experience dealing with a range of different customers
* Ability to work as part of a team
* High attention to detail
