Here, you'll play an integral part in that experience, working alongside the wider Customer Care team.
About the role
You'll report to the Customer Care Manager and deliver efficient, professional, and consistently high-quality service to customers, exceeding their expectations and leaving them feeling valued.
Doing that effectively will mean working to and achieving the brand's service KPIs, using technical knowledge and resources to diagnose product issues, booking technician visits, raising invoices, explaining charges to customers where necessary, and spotting opportunities to improve processes.
You'll work across two main channels to support customers, communicating via email and telephone.
Working hours for the role are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday with no weekend work or evening shifts required.
You'll be a naturally enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive person who's tenacious when it comes to delivering great service. Great communication skills (verbal and written) are important too, of course.
When it comes to your work, you'll be organised and comfortable prioritising your workload to achieve the right outcomes for customers. High levels of attention to detail and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) will also be important to you in the role.
