We are currently recruiting for a motivated, dynamic and independent individual for the role as Client Support Specialist for our client, an emerging fintech company in the heart of Zurich.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor customer cases with support from the Operations, Product Development, and Onboarding team
  • Assist with customer onboarding and user training on the platform
  • Handling customer inquiries, questions, and complaints through support channels
  • Track customer expectations and recurring issues
  • Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and our company
  • Following up with customers after their issues have been resolved
  • Record issues and provide feedback to management or product development department
  • Assist in generating leads and identifying potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Assist business development and management with administrative tasks


  • Requirements:
  • Completed banking apprenticeship, experience in wealth management or university degree with focus on banking / finance (or similar)
  • You have initial work experience in a supporting role in Wealth Management or similar
  • You have knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and wealth management business processes
  • You are highly motivated and can quickly empathize with complex client needs
  • You have a proactive attitude and passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
  • You are a team player with a high degree of flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and spontaneously
