You may have experience in catering as a Breakfast Chef, Section Chef or Chef de Partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our Chef de Partie you'll be working across all sections of the kitchen, supporting our Sous Chefs and Head Chef and getting involved in menu development. If you’re passionate about fresh food cookery you’re likely to be our kind of person and we would love to hear from you!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Has a passion and experience of cooking with fresh food
Has an eye for detail and consistency and can work well in a team
Be conscious of Health and Safety in the Kitchen
Manage and rotate your stock and oversee the running of your section
Be highly motivated and eager to develop your skills and progress to the next level
Correct portion control and amount of “mise en place” are prepared and set up for service
Food is prepared and cooked to agreed standards
Assist with maintaining regular stock taking, rotation and daily checks on food products in stock
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Managing and training junior members of the team
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
To be willing to learn new things and work as part of the team
To be passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
