Job Description

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing professional memberships body.
As part of my client's ambitious growth strategy, we are looking to recruit a Business Service Manager based out of their offices in central London.

The successful Service Manager will lead and service functions and manage customer interactions.

Roles and responsibilities but not limited to

*Developing and implementing service standards and procedures for the service delivery department
*Setting up and maintaining the service desk
*Supervising other members of the service delivery team
*Maintaining customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
*Reporting on customer KPI's and actions plans associated with these
*Building and delivering customer continuous improvement plans and trend analysis
*Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
*Resolving any service problems and customer complaints
*Conducting periodic appraisals of team members and identifying areas for improvement
*Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in managing a service delivery function, and an ITIL qualification is preferred.

Ideally, you will need to work out of the London office three days per week.
