Role: New Business Sales Manager (Strategic Corporate Accounts)

Based: London (Broadgate Tower) or Staines

Salary: Up to £35K plus OTE £20K with Excellent Company Benefits

We are now looking to recruit a self-motivated, target driven Business Generation Manager to ultimately manage and nurture relationships with new business clients on a national basis, while also leading, coaching and nurturing a diverse team of 5 proactive new business telesales executives.

What you will be doing...

Leading and managing the team of Business Generation Executives through all aspects of the employee life cycle

Responsible for achieving team sales revenue targets across all relevant areas and 8 Lines of Business

Plan, prioritise and implement projects and campaigns within the sales team ensuring brand promotion and market penetration

Generate tangible business opportunities for field sales to support divisional new business targets

Monitor and review activity conducted in the team to ensure KPIs are met and any training needs are identified

Work cross-functionally with other teams to create reporting to help the Business Generation Executives work more efficiently

Motivate and drive the team to adopt best practices and become Siebel ambassadors by mapping and profiling accounts

Ensure the team are provided with ongoing product knowledge through training and shared experiences

Motivate and drive team to work as a single unit to achieve overall team targets

Effective and proven sales team management

Ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve set target & budgets

Ability to performance manage, coach & mentor sales team

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Excellent Business Development experience with a consultative approach

Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Customer focused with good attention to detail

Understanding of market sector and strong commercial awareness

Advanced level of negotiating skills

Excellent listening skills

Previous use and understanding of CRM systems
