The BD & Marketing Manager role is both strategic and operationally focused, working closely with partners in the designated practice groups.
The successful candidate would have strong previous experience of working in a varied BD & Marketing role, ideally within a law firm environment, however, candidates from a wider professional services background are also of great interest. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are key to the success of this role, along with high levels of commercial acumen and a track record in growing existing and new business. You'll be the type of candidate who thrives in a 'trusted advisor' role, be comfortable working strategically and operationally and be a strong team player.
