Agile Delivery Manager (Agile, Engineering Team, Hybird)
One of the UK's fastest growing tech companies are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join their team.
This company have a growing collection of creative problem solvers who help organisations succeed through better ticketing, marketing, and fundraising which allows them to grow revenue and build stronger relationships with audiences.
They are always looking for new ways to approach problems to better serve our customers. You'd be joining a team of over 120 people spread across their London, Manchester and New York offices while working with 500+ arts organisations.
As Agile Delivery Manager you will be expected to maintain a consistent delivery throughput and culture of continuous improvement in our software engineering teams, contributing to the company's products and infrastructure. You will lead the delivery of two cross functional teams and work alongside another delivery manager to ensure teams are aligned and dependencies are identified while taking responsibility for continuing to build and define the agile environment in engineering.
For this role we are looking for people who have a passion for helping teams continuously improve while working collaboratively and valuing different perspectives.
Other requirements are:
- Good knowledge and experience as Scrum Master/Delivery Manager
- Experience using Lean and Kanban to help develop high performing teams.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams
- Proven ability in stakeholder management
- Experience using data to coach teams in continuous improvement
With offices in London, Yothey are offering hybrid working with details on how often this will be currently being discussed but it is looking as though 20% of your time will be expected to be in their offices.
