Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Vinci Response in Portsmouth. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, assessing client needs, and coordinating damage management and cleaning solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in account management or sales
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of damage management and cleaning services is a plus
- Experience working with housing associations, construction companies, Insurance companies or FM companies is beneficial
- Out of Hours rota 1 in 6 weeks to take any emergency calls. 100 per week

Pay: 25,000.00- 30,000.00 per year
