1st Line support/Team Lead - Havant, Colchester or London based - Upto £30k

Your new role
This role will see you working in a small team where you'll be providing 1st line support to external customers. You will be responsible for tracking, expediting & managing incidents, tasks, and requests in line with agreed service levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have good customer service skills, be able to answer the phone in an excellent manner, have a good Troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop operating systems as well as Office 365 with one or more windows certification.
Previous experience working in an IT Helpdesk is required.
